Public Speaking with the Dynamic Executive

Improve your Public Speaking & Executive Presence using award-winning Professional Acting Techniques!

Actor’s Craft owner and director, Maureen Cashin Bolog, introduces The Dynamic Executive program which helps executives compete successfully by improving upon their presentation skills and their connection to their audience. The same techniques that help actors find the power to portray confident, effective executives can help real-world executives project themselves with poise and personal power to achieve their objectives. Bolog takes her training and years of work experience in the acting field and Corporate America and creates a public speaking training model that will help executives triumph over adversity through emotional connection with the audience, dynamic physical and vocal presence, and relationship-driven presentations. This is not passive workshop; participants will be on their feet, actively engaged in the process. Through The Dynamic Executive program, your company can see exciting results that will motivate employees at all levels.

The Dynamic Executive Program has a foundation of the 12-Step Chubbuck Technique!  World Renown Acting Coach Ivana Chubbuck writes:  Overcoming and winning against all the hurdles and conflicts of life is what makes dynamic people. Martin Luther King, Jr., Stephen Hawking, Susan B. Anthony, Virginia Woolf, Albert Einstein, Beethoven, Mother Theresa, and Nelson Mandela all had to overcome almost insurmountable struggles in their lives to achieve their goals. Indeed, the greater the obstacles and the more passion these people brought to overcoming their obstacles, the more profound the achievement or contribution they made. They didn’t become amazing, accomplished people in spite of their challenges, but because of them . . . A winner tries to win, a loser accepts defeat.

How the Dynamic Executive Program Began

In 2011, Executive Coach, New York Times bestselling Author, and Leadership Development Consultant Harrison Monarth contacted Maureen Cashin Bolog of Actor’s Craft to work with Executives employed by a local Fortune 500 client because Bolog was Certified by Ivana Chubbuck to teach The Chubbuck Technique.  Monarth thought the Executives could benefit from Improvisation.  When the Executives arrived at Actor’s Craft studio, what they really wanted was to become better Public Speakers.

Bolog combined strategies used by Fortune 500 companies for Executive Presence and Public Speaking with techniques used by Academy Award Winning Actors. It was instantly successful.  The very first day, Executives learned techniques they were able to action immediately.  When they finished their program, the Executives brought Bolog in to coach their staff using this highly impactful training.  This powerful step-by-step Dynamic Executive approach was launched.
